We train her specifically on your brand voice and tone so she sounds like a natural extension of your team. You can call her yourself during the review session and hear it firsthand.
What if ARIA doesn't know the answer?
ARIA is trained on your specific business so she handles the vast majority of calls confidently. For anything outside her knowledge, she is programmed to escalate smoothly — so callers never feel lost or brushed off. We refine her knowledge base continuously.
Can I change the script after we go live?
Absolutely. ARIA is not a set-and-forget system. Your business changes — new offers, new hours, seasonal promotions — and ARIA updates with it. Just message us and we handle the update, usually within 24 hours. On Professional and above plans, you get regular optimisation sessions included.
What booking systems does ARIA work with?
ARIA integrates with most major booking and CRM platforms — including GoHighLevel, Calendly, HubSpot, Salesforce, and more. If you use something not on that list, tell us during the discovery call and we will confirm compatibility. We have yet to find a system we cannot connect.
What if I want to cancel?
No long-term contracts. No cancellation fees. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We are confident you will not want to — but we never lock you in. Our job is to keep earning your business every single month.
How long does setup actually take?
Under 2 weeks from the discovery call to going live. Your time commitment is 30 minutes for the discovery call and 10 minutes to fill the onboarding form. Everything else is handled by us. Most clients are live within 10 to 14 days of signing up.
